Have you experienced painful, traumatic experiences in your life? How are you managing your thoughts and emotions about those experiences? Are you trying to "white knuckle" or are you doubting that you even had those experiences? Do the thoughts and feelings overtake you for hours and then leave you exhausted for days? How are your relationships with others? With yourself?
We will have experiences in life that may cause you to experience anxious, fearful and depressed emotions that will impact you and your relationships. You don't have to continue to live that way.
I will support you as you move through these experiences by offering you the space and empathy to help you work through the challenges you are experiencing. I am honored and humbled to witness the strength and resilience that are innately present in everyone. No matter how difficult the circumstance may be, you can grow and move through this experience.
