Fees

I offer a free, brief 15 minute phone consultation to understand your needs, goals for therapy and if we will be a good fit to work together.  

 

Rates
$135 per 60 minute session

$180 per 90 minute session.

Please note: A professional billing service manages insurance processing for my business. Potential clients MUST contact the billing service BEFORE scheduling an appointment to verify mental health insurance benefits. I also suggest that you contact your insurance company to confirm your mental health insurance benefits.

If you have insurance not listed above, I am happy to provide you a receipt for my services that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for out of network services. Please contact your health insurance provider to check your mental health benefits coverage carefully.

 

Questions to ask your mental health (also referred to as Behavioral health) insurance company;

 

  1. Do I have a deductible? 

  2. What is my co-pay?

  3. What company manages my mental health benefits insurance? It is important to note because your medical health insurance provider MAY NOT manage your mental health benefits insurance.

Payment
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) are accepted forms of payment.

Scheduling

I meet with clients in person or via telehealth on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Most sessions last 60 minutes. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR DISCERNMENT COUNSELING, THE FIRST SESSION WILL BE ABOUT 2 HOURS.

Cancellation Policy - at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify me of the cancellation by text, voicemail or e-mail. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
