$125 per 50-minute couple or family session and $100 per 50 minute individual session. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide you a receipt for my services that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement for out of network services. Please contact your health insurance provider to check your coverage carefully.
Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) are accepted forms of payment.
At this time, I am accepting new clients on Saturdays. If you are a returning client, you can schedule a follow-up appointment by phone, email, or on my website.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify me of the cancellation by voicemail or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. There will be no charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. The regular fee for the session will be charged for appointments cancelled for any reason less than 24 hours in advance, and for missed appointments. You will be asked to sign a consent form, acknowledging your recognition of my cancellation policy.
