$100 per 50-minute session. $125 per 90-minute session. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
Insurance-Please confirm your behavioral health coverage prior to your first appointment
I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide you a receipt, referred to as a Superbill, for my services that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement for out of network services.
Prior to our first appointment, please refer to the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits for out of network services.
Accepted forms of payment are; Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA).
At this time, I am accepting clients on Saturdays.
Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice required
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify me of the cancellation by voicemail or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. There will be no charge for appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. The regular fee for the session will be charged for appointments cancelled for any reason less than 24 hours in advance, and for missed appointments. You will be asked to sign a consent form, acknowledging your recognition of my cancellation policy.
